At Access Financial, our goal is to help contractors obtain the legal standing they need to operate in the work country, as well as helping you retain as much of your pay as possible. We also ease the connection between contractor and end-client. In some cases, it makes more sense for the contractor to operate as a self-employed entity from the standpoint of taxation, social security and other work-related contributions. Basically, in some countries it will be less expensive and easier to obtain all the necessary paperwork as a self-employed entity rather than via full employment.
So, regardless of whether you already are self-employed and wish to maintain your status or simply because it makes more sense to establish yourself as self-employed in the work country, we will be by your side, helping you every step of the way.
Thus, you will sign a consultancy agreement with us and then we will sign an agreement with the end client via which we lease out your services to them.
We will help you with all the local paperwork, including registering yourself as self-employed when the contract begins and deregistering yourself once you move on to a different location. Furthermore, we will assist you with all administrative, fiscal and VAT matters, so you will have nothing to worry about. We work with local, qualified and authorised accountants in all the countries we operate in, meaning that you will always be in full compliance and will never have to worry about legal issues.
Like with traditional employment, you will have to submit approved timesheets, based on which we invoice the end client or agency. Once payment is received, we will pay you within one working day and forward you a statement that shows any deductions and fees. Your accountant will then ensure that all necessary contributions are paid to the right local authorities.
The accountant we assign to work with you will also make sure that you are taking advantage of any and all legitimate deductions and claims to ensure you are keeping as much of your pay as legally possible. Different countries have different requirements in terms of insurance coverage and we provide a wide range of policies, including health insurance, to make sure you are fully compliant with statutory work-related requirements, but also voluntary ones. After all, in some countries you might want to take out additional coverage, but don’t worry because we will advise you on every aspect of working in the country in question, assisting you in making well-informed financial decisions.
At Access Financial we want to help you retain as much of your income as possible but we only do this via legitimate, transparent and compliant means, using Double Taxation Agreements, Social Security Conventions, approved pension schemes and more as they are meant to be used. Thus, you will never have to worry about us employing dubious practices on your behalf, such as using offshore trusts or resorting to non-disclosure of income.
